Why I can support you?

I've lived this journey too.

For more than three decades, I knew what it meant to carry too much - responsibility, pressure, expectations, and a mind that rarely switched off.

Three burnouts. A heart attack at 45.

Those experiences changed the question I was asking.

Not: How can I do more?

But: How can we succeed without losing our peace along the way?

That question led me into years of professional exploration and eventually to my Master's research in Clinical Psychology.

Today, I bring together professional experience, research, personal practice and continuous learning to help people create more mental space, clearer decisions and a more sustainable way of succeeding.

I don't believe you need to be fixed. You're not broken!

I believe you need enough space to hear your own clarity again.

From Experience to Research

That question led me into years of professional exploration and eventually became the subject of my Clinical Psychology Master's dissertation.

The original intervention was tested across two cohorts, with repeated measurements before, during and after the program.

The results were encouraging — but the research also showed me where the method needed to evolve.

So I refined it. I simplified it. I added a dedicated Depression module.

And I listened more carefully to what participants were telling me.

The method is not fixed.

It develops continuously through:

Data + Experience + Feedback

What I believe

I don't believe you need to be fixed. You're not broken!

I don't believe you need another complicated system.

And I don't believe clarity comes from endlessly adding more techniques.

I believe there is often more clarity within us than we can access when the mind is constantly occupied.

My role is not to tell you what your life should look like.

It's to help you create enough space to see more clearly for yourself.

Less to Learn.

More to practice. Personally adapted. Humanly supported.

You don't need to do more.

You may need to do less of what disturbs your mind.
